If you are a piano teacher or student, you may be interested in making piano keyboard manipulatives. Simply print the patterns out on regular 8.5" X 11" cardstock or paper, cut them out with a pair of scissors, trace them on 1/4" plywood, cut them out with a scroll saw, sand them down to shape, paint with black spray paint, sand them lightly again, then spray on a final coat.
